All Sales are Final-  As all items are custom printed, they can not be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damaged Items and Other Issues-  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at: info@artnletters.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day Cooling Off Period-  Notwithstanding the above, if the prints are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your order will not be printed until the Cooling Off period has expired.
